With over 14 years of experience in legal duties across multiple sectors, Paula realized that she wanted to do more to give back to the community. With a passion for promoting education and economic empowerment, Paula decided to establish an NGO that offers a range of targeted programs aimed at providing individuals and communities with the resources, training,
and mentorship needed to succeed.

With over 24 years of experience in training, development, and consultancy, Saiid recognized the value of sharing his knowledge with others. This led him to establish PASD with a deep commitment to providing high-quality training and mentorship, Saiid is dedicated to helping individuals and communities achieve their full potential. Whether working with startups, youth, and women, or individuals seeking to enhance their skills, Saiid is passionate about providing the resources and support needed to help his community succeed.

With over 18 years of experience in the food safety and food industries, Joseph had already established himself as an expert in his field. However, he wanted to use his skills and knowledge to make a greater impact on the community. This led him to become a board member of PASD. Through this role, Joseph is able to share his expertise and offer valuable guidance to individuals and organizations seeking to build successful businesses.
