The SUB program aims to empower youth and women respectively to sustain and grow successful businesses, leading to increased economic independence and empowerment. The goal of the program is to create a new generation of empowered entrepreneurs able to run scalable enterprises through improving their business management practices and increasing their productivity, as well as enhancing their financial performance, whilst adhering to ISO standards.
